Nice and helpful staff, excellent brunch on Sunday morning, close to the railway station, huge room.

Only minor things: outdated room, would need painting. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom.

Good-sized and well furnished units and decent staff at the reception desk. Awesome views of the mountains all around.

Loved staying at the standard king room with stunning view and balcony plus table and chairs. The breakfast was very good with fantastic-champagne and a great view, as example, the staff was courteous and nice.

Fantastic breakfast is included. Within walking distance to Interlaken West Trainstation and if you prefer a bus stop next to the hotel can even take you to the train. Cute little town area. Very clean and friendly staff. Simple, clean rooms. One of the more affordable places in the Interlaken area. Would stay there again.

Request a room with wood floors. Mine had carpet, which was fine but the wood floors in my friend's room were very nice.

Comfortable. Nice view, fresh air. The 'mobility pass' is really beneficial. Staff (Hans) is excellent. Location though a bit far from the Interlaken West Station, but is compensated by the 'mobility pass'.

We are picky with hotels and this was an excellent value for money. The hotel was extremly clean, really big rooms with good sotrage area. Excellent staff and very very helpful.

Part of the room has a sloping ceiling requiring occupants to duck to avoid hitting their heads. The bathroom, while adequate, shows its age.

Great place with its free parking, fast wifi, and lovely lounge area. The staff was so helpful during my first stay. I'll definitely return for another city trip!

The view from the hotel and location of the hotel is excellent.It is located 5-7 min walking distance from Interlaken west station. The hotel staff and particularly the owner were extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel is very well maintained and has a beautiful garden too. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was excellent with a bathtub.The breakfast is included in the hotel price and has a lot of variety especially for vegetarians.

The staff was great with a personal touch! They made our stay at Interlaken unforgettable and they were extremely responsive to all our needs.I Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with family with small kids.In general, we had a great time at Interlaken!
